About the Role
As a Solutions Architect on the Healthcare/Life Sciences (HLS) team, you will work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks. You will lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy. You will implement the technical strategy in the account, build a movement of technical champions, align technical strategies around Databricks solutions, and provide structured mentorship for other team members.
What We Look For
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
- Experience working with very large (>$1M ARR), global accounts.
- Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
- Technical in big data, data science, and cloud.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Can travel up to 35% when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation & Benefits
Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Databricks offers comprehensive benefits and perks; specific details vary by region.
