Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect on the Healthcare/Life Sciences (HLS) team, you will work with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts, driving adoption of ML & AI. You will be the main technical voice for Databricks, leading customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy. You will implement the technical strategy, build a movement of technical champions, align technical strategies around Databricks solutions, and provide structured mentorship for other team members.

• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
• Experience working with very large (>$1M ARR), global accounts.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Can travel up to 35% when needed.

The pay range for this role is $180,000—$247,500 USD. The total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Databricks strives to provide comprehensive benefits and perks; specific details are available by region.
