Solutions Architect - Lakebase

The Solutions Architect (Lakebase) team executes on Databricks' strategic Product Operating Model, focusing on earlier-stage product lines to establish product-market fit and drive revenue growth. The role covers a specific local region, partnering with account teams to position the Lakebase product line and drive adoption.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical champion to drive product adoption.
• Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights.
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Broad experience in data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field.

Italy Pay Range: €92,300—€130,000 EUR. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
