Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team in EMEA, based in France.

In this role, you will partner with our Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, own technical engagements with customers, deliver product and technical presentations, and provide feedback on products and competitive landscape. You will be the bridge between our engineering teams, customers, and Sales.

You should have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, excellent communication skills, a technical mindset, and be located in France. Experience with open source technologies, metrics/monitoring, or sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.

Compensation: OTE range EUR 103,750 - EUR 128,000, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
