Role Summary
This Specialist Seller role focuses on Connected Maintenance for the Public Sector. The seller will drive growth through strategic deal execution, establish business cases for emerging products, and partner cross-functionally to scale the product across the segment. This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with AEs across major Public Sector accounts
- Drive pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption
- Own executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs
- Partner with GTM and Product to feed back insights and shape roadmap
- Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts
- Drive maintenance sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting to close
- Build frameworks, assets, and insights that scale across the sales org
Qualifications
Minimum requirements: 5+ years in complex, full-cycle enterprise solution sales; proven track record of quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions; experience with SLED/Government entities; willingness for strategic outbound prospecting; excellent interpersonal skills; clear communicator with strong customer instincts; entrepreneurial spirit.
Ideal candidates also have overlay or new product launch experience, experience working with Product and Marketing to influence GTM strategy, ability to partner with senior AEs, and comfort presenting to C-suite executives.
Compensation
Annual OTE salary: $350,000 USD.
