Sr. Client Account Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Client Account Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join the UK/I CPG Team in Dublin. In this role, you will drive a book of business with key partners across Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, and Food & Bev clients, acting as a trusted consultant to advertisers.

• Build and nurture relationships with partners, proactively reaching out on campaign performance, optimizations, and opportunities.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy) to meet objectives.
• Turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights, advising on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement.
• Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, ensure optimal campaign setup, interpret results, and troubleshoot.
• Drive results, optimize campaigns, deliver performance updates, and course-correct to meet agreed metrics.
• Engage in client meetings, present complex solutions, handle objections, and cross-sell/upsell to exceed revenue targets.
• Provide guidance on product features, maintain fluency on product roadmap, and pitch new performance products.

• Digital advertising sales experience managing high-value relationships and owning client communication.
• Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations, expert in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
• Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email; team player in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization and analytical problem solving.
• Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Base salary range: €73,664.50—€128,912.70 EUR, plus incentive compensation eligibility.

Hybrid - Dublin, IE, 1-2 days/week in office.
