Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work with Enterprise Account Executives to define and direct the technical strategy for Databricks' largest accounts, driving wider and deeper adoption of ML & AI. You will build proof-of-concepts, demonstrate Databricks products, act as the main technical voice for customers, build movements of technical champions, and provide structured mentorship to other team members.
Qualifications
- Proven pre-sales track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven
- Experience with very large (>$1m ARR), global accounts
- Experience building relationships with executives and influencers
- Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science
- Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders
- Nice to have: Databricks Certification
Compensation
Zone 3 pay range: $219,100—$301,300 USD, plus eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity.
Location
Remote - Texas (Houston, TX preferred; candidates in other Texas locations will be considered).
