Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Monetization

About the role: Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-level programs within Ads & Monetization, impacting multiple company OKRs. This is one of the most senior individual contributor TPM roles in the Monetization organization.

Responsibilities: Lead programs in areas such as Auction & Marketplace, Measurement & Attribution, Formats, and new surfaces. Influence at VP level, drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Go-to-Market teams. Own metrics and accountability frameworks, bring structure to ambiguous work, exercise technical judgment equivalent to an L16 SWE, embed AI tools into workflows, and provide thought leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of technical program management experience leading company-level programs. Experience in ads, marketplace systems, machine learning/AI, ranking, recommendation systems, experimentation, measurement, data platforms. Track record of influencing senior leaders. BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.

Compensation: Base salary range $163,639—$336,903 USD, plus equity.
