Role
We are looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our IT Enterprise Systems team, responsible for advancing our sales and marketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate full-stack applications and services on enterprise infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Lead technical design and implementation of GenAI/ML-powered services and pipelines.
- Own end-to-end software development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring.
- Partner with product managers and business systems analysts to translate business needs into technical plans.
- Use AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development responsibly.
- Mentor and coach other engineers on system design and GenAI/ML patterns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Java, Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST/gRPC services, event-driven architectures, or data pipelines.
- Practical experience building or integrating GenAI/ML features in production.
- Experience using AI coding tools and agents.
- Salesforce engineering experience is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary range: $132,415—$272,619 USD. Eligible for equity.
Location
Hybrid - US, with in-office collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
