Role
Join Twilio as a Staff Offensive Security Engineer, acting as a Technical Lead. You will design complex attack chains, perform full-stack penetration testing, conduct network audits, validate vulnerabilities, probe AI/LLM systems, and lead red team operations.
Responsibilities
- Full-stack penetration testing of web apps, APIs, and mobile apps.
- Internal/external network audits and cloud assessments.
- Vulnerability validation and triage.
- AI/LLM probing and red teaming.
- Technical reporting and remediation support.
- Adversary emulation and custom exploit development.
- Cloud & infrastructure attacks (AWS/Azure/K8s).
- Purple teaming and bug bounty management.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in offensive security, penetration testing, or bug bounty.
- Expert knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10 (web and LLM).
- Proficiency with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, and C2 frameworks.
- Scripting in Python/Bash and coding in Python/C++.
- Advanced certifications (OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, GXPN) preferred.
Compensation
Pay ranges vary by location: $155,520-$194,400 for certain states, $164,640-$205,800 for others, and $182,960-$228,700 for the SF Bay Area. Eligible for equity and bonus.
