Staff / Principal

Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Ad Formats & Experience team within the Ads Monetization organization. This role will drive performance optimization for a portfolio of core lower funnel formats and the browser experience, and own foundational investments including format signals. The PM will collaborate with Formats engineering, UX Design, Data Science, and Product Marketing teams to shape product roadmaps, and partner with Consumer Product teams on evolving formats.

• Drive product strategy and execution for a portfolio of lower funnel formats, custom browser/post-click optimizations, and format foundations.
• Work with other Ads Product PMs to understand dependencies and prioritize product work.
• Work with UX Design and Research to develop new Reddit-unique ad experiences and drive them to launch.
• Partner with product marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategy, integrate market feedback, and manage product launches.
• Support ongoing improvements to existing ad formats to optimize user experiences and drive outcomes for brand advertisers.

• 6+ years of direct experience as a product manager leading Ads monetization product.
• Experience driving products or features from inception to launch.
• Direct experience shipping improvements on Ads Formats, Browser, or ad optimization.
• Solid experience building product roadmaps, defining product specs, and developing cross-functional collaboration processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience driving product and business decisions involving quantitative analysis and experimentation.

• Experience with Ads product (e.g., pre-click and post-click format optimizations).

Base salary range: $217,000—$303,900 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
