Staff Product Manager, Serverless Workspaces. Own the strategy for the next-generation platform layer, balancing SaaS simplicity with enterprise control.
Responsibilities
- Drive the transition to Serverless: unify onboarding to serverless and classic workspaces, drive 10X usage of serverless.
- Democratize workspace creation: design flows for instant workspace spin-up with governance guardrails.
- Redefine the 'Getting Started' experience: remove cloud infrastructure configuration requirements.
- Solve 'Workspace Proliferation': define tools and policies for admins to govern increased workspaces.
- Unify the Data Estate: work with Unity Catalog and Identity teams for seamless integration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Manager experience on cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or SaaS foundations.
- Technical depth in Cloud Infrastructure: familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP resource management.
- Passion for simplification: track record of turning complex workflows into one-click experiences.
- Data-driven mindset: defining and tracking KPIs like 'Time to First Workspace' or 'Serverless Adoption Rate'.
Compensation
Zone 2 Pay Range: $172,600—$237,325 USD. Total package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
