The Connectivity team makes Claude the most connected AI by defining how agents access external systems safely and with enterprise trust. The team owns the MCP proxy, OAuth and token management, and contributes to the MCP open standard and official Python and TypeScript SDKs.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate core connectivity infrastructure including the MCP proxy and OAuth/token management.
- Own reliability for infrastructure with SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
- Build admin controls and permission models for enterprise IT governance.
- Contribute to the MCP standard and ecosystem, including the spec and official SDKs.
- Scope complex multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment, and make architectural decisions.

Compensation
Annual salary: $405,000—$485,000 USD.
