What You'll Do
- Design, build, and own end-to-end automation for the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as technical owner of the ITSM platform, including service catalog, workflows, and integrations.
- Increase AI deflection rates by deploying and tuning virtual agents, AI search, and agentic resolution.
- Build and maintain integrations with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JAMF, Fleet, Workday, and GitLab.
- Manage IT-owned infrastructure as code across cloud environments.
- Apply SRE principles: monitoring, alerting, reliability targets, and blameless post-incident review.
- Develop knowledge management and self-service experiences.
- Instrument automation and AI performance with metrics and dashboards.
- Set engineering standards and mentor support engineers.
- Partner with Security and Compliance to meet SOX and SOC 2 requirements.
- Document architecture and runbooks in the handbook.

- Experience with workflow automation and iPaaS tooling (Okta Workflows, Serval).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled service capabilities.
- Strong scripting and development skills (Python, JavaScript), REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.
