Pinterest is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-engineering special projects focused on advancing the company's platform and infrastructure. This role sits within the Platform T/PgM Team, responsible for program governance in Infrastructure, Infra Finance, Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and cloud budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic platform priorities into structured, milestone-driven execution plans.
  • Shape planning and influence roadmaps during annual and quarterly cycles.
  • Build scalable processes and best practices for program management.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Capacity Eng, Production Eng, Product, Security, and Legal.
  • Own program outcomes end-to-end, ensuring measurable delivery and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of TPM or related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven track record leading complex migrations and multi-year initiatives.
  • Working understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, data systems, and compute platforms, including AWS resource optimization, DevOps, and systems engineering.
  • Strategic vision, executive influence, analytical problem-solving, and operational excellence.
  • Experience with workflow design and AI fluency, including prompting, scripting, dashboards, and agents.

Compensation: Base salary range $145,747—$300,067 USD, plus equity.

Location: Hybrid within the US, with in-office collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
