Strategic Finance, AI Innovation

Figma is a design platform that helps teams bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to prototyping to code. The Strategic Finance team owns the company's budget, planning processes, resource allocation, and financial analyses, partnering across the company.

This role focuses on finance systems and AI innovation. Responsibilities include:

• Driving transformational projects with finance and systems expertise
• Influencing Figma Finance's AI adoption strategy and embedding AI into systems and workflows
• Serving as functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment)
• Owning the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, UAT, and governance
• Designing and evolving systems architecture, optimizing data flows and integrations
• Partnering with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations
• Developing dashboards and data visualizations for KPIs and insights
• Driving best practices in systems controls, data governance, and change management

Qualifications include 5+ years in Finance Systems or related functions, strong technical skills in system design, AI automation, data architecture, and integrations, working knowledge of financial processes (O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops), and strong project management and communication skills. A plus is proficiency with SQL, a data science background, or experience managing consultants.

This is a full-time role that can be held from US hubs (SF/NY) or remotely in the United States. Annual base salary range: $169,000—$245,000 USD.
