Snowflake is powering the era of the agentic enterprise, seeking AI-native thinkers across every function. We are looking for a Talent Management Program Manager to focus on the day-to-day execution and operational support of our global talent programs, including the Performance Excellence cycle, employee listening surveys, and the voice AI 360 platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle, tracking milestones, sending communications, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Own Workday cycle logistics, including testing launches, validating configurations, and resolving user issues.
  • Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys end-to-end, from distribution to results delivery.
  • Serve as functional system administrator for the Voice AI 360 platform.
  • Interface with Procurement and Finance for SOW reviews, purchase orders, and budget allocations.
  • Support Talent & Succession logistics, maintain program documentation, and manage system tasks.
  • Draft communications, create how-to materials, and pull reports to track participation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
  • AI-native mindset, comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflow.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus), and adaptability to emerging HR tech.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor/stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

$114K – $149.1K USD per year.
