Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a highly experienced Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You'll work with existing team members—including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners—to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.

• Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the business
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity
• Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
• Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices
• Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
• Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments
• Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $172K – $240K. Offers Equity.
