Technical Recruiter, Infrastructure

The Infrastructure organization is foundational to this mission, building systems that determine how quickly models are trained and how reliably Claude scales to millions of users.

As Technical Recruiter, Infrastructure, you will join a small team of recruiters, owning full lifecycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across the Infrastructure organization. You will partner with infrastructure leaders to turn ambiguous needs into clear search strategies, build pipelines of specialized infrastructure talent, refine interview loops, and advise hiring managers with market data.

• Own full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer and close
• Run structured intakes with infrastructure hiring managers
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized infrastructure talent
• Refine interview loops, take-home assignments, and scorecards
• Develop deep domain knowledge to identify niche talent
• Advise hiring managers with market data and calibration feedback
• Partner with Compensation, People Partners, and Mobility to structure offers
• Handle sensitive role and candidate information with discretion

• Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience, with substantial time supporting infrastructure, platform, or comparably technical engineering organizations
• Ability to hold substantive technical conversations about infrastructure domains such as Kubernetes and container orchestration, cloud networking, cluster networking, and systems languages
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse and other modern sourcing tools
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers on intake, bar calibration, and interview loop design
• Sound independent judgment on candidate quality
• Strong sense of ownership and adaptability
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission

• Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
• Working knowledge of the infrastructure and platform talent landscape
• Experience hiring for hyperscale cluster infrastructure, research and platform infrastructure, privacy infrastructure, or sandboxing and isolation engineering
• Experience improving recruiting processes, market maps, or interview architecture
• Comfort using LLMs to accelerate sourcing, research, and market mapping

Annual Salary: $240,000—$295,000 USD
