What You'll Do: Quickly respond to all inbound support requests (email, live chat, community forums); triage bugs and requests by customer type and severity; track inbound/outbound responses to meet contact SLAs; collaborate with engineering and product teams on troubleshooting and product feedback; recognize trends in user messages to improve documentation; learn Weights & Biases product features; participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation including weekends. Who You Are: 2+ years of programming experience (engineering role, CS degree, or personal projects); Python proficiency; experience with ML frameworks and tools (Keras, Tensorboard, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Pytorch Lightning, Jupyter notebooks, colabs, matplotlib); passion for connecting with users; strong organization; ability to work autonomously; interest in machine learning. Preferred: Previous ML experience; customer service in a technical SaaS environment; frontend frameworks; Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure; Kubernetes or other cloud infrastructures. Compensation: Base salary range ¥6,000,000 to ¥9,500,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (based on eligibility).
