Account Development Executive

As an Account Development Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for post-sale upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., PEO Basic to Plus, International, Payroll to PEO), from discovery to contracting, to drive revenue expansion. You will partner with Customer Success, Support, and product Specialists to deliver strategic post-sale experiences.

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for product-specific upsell motions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling and prospecting systems.
• Partner with product Specialists for consultative sales.
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal quoting systems.
• Collaborate to refine SOPs and build scalable processes.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Account Executive or sales role with upsell responsibilities.
• 1 year's experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Base wage range: $92,000.00-$114,000.00 in the Miami metro area. On-Target Earnings (inclusive of incentive compensation): $153,300.00-$190,000.00. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
