The Delivery Consultant turns a solution vision into systems that achieve outcomes, building interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations, and running customer sessions to close the gap between designed and actual work.

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders, surfacing ground-level realities that change what gets built.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate a solution vision into working systems.
• Make calls that close the gap between designed and real; bring solutions, not just flags.
• Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement; customer-facing time is actively measured.
• QA your own work against how users will actually behave.
• Create reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements.
• Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days; advanced work across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations is the baseline expectation.

• AI is embedded in how you build, used across every phase of delivery: designing, building, testing, documenting.
• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, with direct accountability for whether systems work in practice.
• Hands-on technical depth: built complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Communicate across the room, equally fluent with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Read the question behind the question; surface real constraints and present trade-offs persuasively.
• Hold yourself to outcomes, not delivery; master complex platforms quickly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, the on-target earnings range is $149,000—$193,600 USD. For all other work locations (including remote), the on-target earnings range is $135,000—$175,100 USD.
