Account Executive, Commercial - Mid Market (West)

Smartsheet is a leading B2B SaaS company that empowers teams to manage work and scale solutions. We are seeking an Account Executive for our West Coast Commercial Sales Team. This remote role is part of the Commercial Sales team based in the US and reports to a Manager, Commercial Sales.

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
• Execute solution-based sales process for commercial mature accounts (500-4,999 employees).
• Develop new business opportunities within existing customers.
• Leverage relationships to expand footprint and drive growth during renewals.
• Partner with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain records in Salesforce using MEDDICC guidelines.
• Utilize sales enablement tools and research to identify top accounts.

• 5+ years full sales cycle management in SaaS.
• 3+ years managing customer relationships in B2B.
• Thorough understanding of SaaS evaluation process.
• 3+ years working with multiple functional departments.
• Ability to research accounts and uncover up-sell opportunities.
• Experience with CRM and Power BI software (Salesforce and Tableau).
• Passion for new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Base salary range: $75,000—$95,000 USD. Eligible for market competitive incentive opportunity.
