Account Executive, Mid-Market

Figma is a collaborative design platform that helps teams bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to prototyping to code. We are looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive sales and maximize revenue with our customers.

• Maintain and grow a targeted book of existing Mid-Market (500-5000 FTEs) customers, using discovery and value-selling to build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Align with executives on business priorities and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments across Figma's platform.
• Create account plans that outline company priorities and initiatives, multi-threading at a senior level to build expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to position Figma, drive deals, and ensure customer success.
• Leverage opportunities to advance executive-level relationships through in-person meetings and networking.

• Multiple years of experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with a book of customers (<5000 FTEs), selling to executives.
• Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles (3-9 months).
• A sales methodology that creates value for customers.
• Plus: Experience selling to technical audiences at executive level, ability to succeed in a changing environment, certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery.

Annual base salary range: $110,000—$110,000 USD. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles.
