Accountant I

The Revenue Assurance team seeks an experienced Accountant reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, collaborating with revenue accountants and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities include contract review, project management, and Month-End Close activities: working with Sales Coordinators to approve Insertion Orders, leading OTC projects, ensuring data integrity between SFDC, Ads Manager, NetSuite and Oracle, assisting with subsidiary CRM/ERP integration, preparing deferred revenue entries and reconciliations, satisfying quarterly/annual audit requirements, ensuring SOX 404 compliance, assisting in system testing for process automation, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with legal and sales teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA preferred), 4-6 years of accounting experience (Big 4 combined with industry preferred), deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606, advanced Excel, experience with NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Datahub/SQL, strong project management and communication skills. Compensation: $71,041-$146,260 USD base salary, eligible for equity. This is a remote role within the US, requiring Pacific or Hawaiian time zone hours, with occasional in-person collaboration (1-2 times/year).
