About the Role
As an AI Deployment Manager, you will lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will be hands-on, customer-facing, and embedded in how Cresta delivers value at scale.
Qualifications
- Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
- Strong project management skills paired with a consultative, customer-first mindset
- Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics
- Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans
- Bias toward execution, outcomes, and ownership
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $120,000 - $175,000 plus bonus and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid parental leave, monthly health & wellness allowance, work-from-home office stipend, lunch reimbursement for in-office employees, and flexible PTO.
