AI Learning Experience Designer (AI-LXD)

Samsara is seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer (AI-LXD) to design AI-powered learning journeys, performance support tools, and dynamic enablement programs. This role combines instructional design, AI-enabled content development, knowledge management, UX design, and data-driven optimization.

• Design AI-powered learning experiences that improve knowledge retention and skill development.
• Develop personalized learning journeys and transform static content into searchable, AI-enabled knowledge assets.
• Create learning assets across formats including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, knowledge articles, playbooks, assessments, simulations, and job aids.
• Use AI to accelerate content development and create AI-generated simulations, practice scenarios, and assessments.
• Partner with enablement leaders, product marketing, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
• Measure learning effectiveness using engagement, adoption, and performance data.

• 5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, sales enablement, or related field.
• 3+ years designing learning programs for sales, customer success, or customer-facing organizations.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with learning technologies such as Articulate, Absorb (LMS), Showpad (CMS), Jira, and knowledge management systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Annual base salary range: $108,587.50—$146,000 USD.
