Social Content Producer

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by providing grocery delivery and household goods, while offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to personal shoppers. We are looking for a Social Content Producer to help define our brand on social media, building a repeatable content engine and creating signature social franchises.

• Build a repeatable, fast-moving content engine that resonates with our audiences and builds our brand on social.
• Create a signature social franchise, format, or cultural moment that becomes a defining example of what's possible for Instacart.
• Expand creative capacity by cultivating a strong network of freelance creators, production partners, and agencies.
• Build the muscle for reactive content that’s timely, on-brand, and worth watching.

Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications):

• A portfolio of work demonstrating your understanding of great platform-native content.
• Hands-on editing skills in CapCut and native platform tools; you can take a piece from concept to publish without a production team, fast.
• Strong visual and creative judgment - you know when something should feel lo-fi, editorial, or designed.
• Immersed in pop & food culture and a strong instinct for when our brand should join a cultural conversation or moment.

Optional garnishes (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience working directly with creators and influencers, from brief to final post.
• Familiarity with how SEO applies to social content and discoverability.
• Some exposure to gifting or PR-driven creator amplification campaigns.

This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. For Canadian based candidates, the base pay range is CAN$86,000—$90,500 CAD. This role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants. Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
