Business Systems Analyst, Security Engineering

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation focused on creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our BizTech team, bridging business needs and technical solutions.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects, configure business systems, manage vendor evaluations, create documentation, lead knowledge management, assess risks, analyze processes for automation, and act as a liaison between technical and business teams.

You may be a good fit if you have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, strong analytical skills, experience with systems configuration, requirements gathering, documentation, vendor management, API integrations and iPaaS, and a passion for process improvement. Strong candidates may also have experience with enterprise systems, SQL, Agile/Scrum, business intelligence tools, ITIL, and knowledge management systems.

Annual salary: $205,000—$270,000 USD. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space. We sponsor visas.

Location: San Francisco, CA. Hybrid policy: all staff expected in office at least 25% of the time.
