MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to help build our global Corporate FP&A team. This role works closely with senior finance leadership and plays a critical role in shaping and managing the global forecasting and planning process.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, partnering with IT, People, and Finance teams.
- Implement AI automation to standardize FP&A processes.
- Manage the company's planning process/calendar and corporate-level forecast consolidation.
- Develop reporting for senior management including CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts and associates.
- Partner with departments to drive operational efficiencies.
- Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; finance, business, or economics preferred, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions.
- Expert in financial modelling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage challenging stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Compensation
Base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $101,000—$198,000 USD.
