Candidate Experience Admin

As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you will be the engine that powers our in-person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. You will serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey. You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience.

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey.
• Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
• Manage physical logistics and in-person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting.
• Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience.
• Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs.

Local Pay Range: $70,000—$85,000 USD. The total compensation package may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
