Client Success Lead

As a Client Success Lead, you will manage a portfolio of merchant accounts, driving revenue and GMV expansion. You will act as the central post-sale contact, managing contract renewals, pricing, and expansions, and orchestrating cross-functional teams across Analytics, Credit, Technical, Marketing, and Product.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across industries to foster long-term strategic relationships.
• Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to drive incremental GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption.
• Manage merchant relationship health and orchestrate cross-functional teams.

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in high-tech.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent customer relationship management and strategic account management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance.
• Knowledge of consumer finance, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $125,000 - $187,500 per year. USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states): $110,000 - $172,500 per year. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
