Contract Sourcer, Talent Discovery

MongoDB is a developer data platform company, offering MongoDB Atlas, a multi-cloud database. This role is a contract position for four months on the Talent Discovery team, supporting critical GTM and Sales roles across Europe and North America.

• Support critical GTM and Sales roles through strategic passive talent sourcing.
• Work with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent.
• Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring alignment and maintaining documentation.
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers for a high-touch candidate experience.

• Proven track record in technical recruiting with deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing.
• Creative sourcing techniques and analytical mindset with data-driven strategy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse and Gem preferred.

Base salary range for U.S.-based candidates: $114,400 USD.
