About Webflow
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to help scale Webflow's Engineering, Product, and Design organization. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across multiple teams, bringing a strategic, data-informed approach to hiring at scale and solving problems with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and act as a trusted advisor in designing and executing effective hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering teams using strategic outreach measured by data.
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback throughout every stage of the process.
- Work cross-functionally across the broader Talent and People team — including Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards — on initiatives that strengthen our overall function: interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategy, and recruiting analytics.
- Work effectively across borders and markets, comfortable learning the nuances of different geographies and adjusting your approach and strategy to maintain high close rates regardless of location.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across roles such as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design.
- Prior experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus.
Compensation
The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. United States (USD): Zone A: $129,000-$155,000; Zone B: $121,000-$146,000; Zone C: $113,000-$136,000. Canada (CAD, ON & BC): 149,000-169,000. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
Benefits
Benefits include equity (RSUs), comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, flexible vacation, paid holidays, a sabbatical program, mental health resources, a 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year), monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses, and an annual bonus program.
