Senior Contract Recruiter

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to join its Go To Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This is a six-month remote contract role focused on full-cycle recruiting for Customer and Go-to-Market functions (Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support).

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, partnering with hiring managers on search strategy, candidate engagement, interview process, and offer execution.
• Proactively source top talent using advanced techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, and professional networking, with a focus on passive candidates.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
• Develop market mapping and talent intelligence to shape search strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements and market realities.
• Maintain data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems.

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with at least one year of hands-on technical recruiting exposure.
• Demonstrated success sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to learn complex technical concepts.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $53,000—$95,500 USD.
