Copywriting Lead

Affirm is seeking a senior-level Product Copywriter to join the Creative Content Team within the Content Design Team. This role focuses on crafting clear, impactful messaging across product and marketing communications, specifically email, push notifications, and web.

• Write and refine content across product touchpoints, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web, ensuring consistent voice and tone.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal & Compliance.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, content templates, and writing standards.
• Drive content strategies for campaigns, from ideation through A/B testing.
• Contribute to the evolution of Affirm's voice and tone.
• Support content optimization by analyzing performance metrics and iterating based on testing insights and user feedback.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with the Product Design team to integrate messaging into user experiences.
• Champion a content-first approach to design.

• 4+ years of experience in copywriting and/or content design, ideally in a product or tech-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter mentality, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail with commitment to clarity, scalability, and consistency.
• Experience with legal and compliance review processes.
• Passion for content innovation.

Base pay range per year: $89,000 - $139,000 (CAD). Employees may be eligible for equity rewards.
