Corporate Account Executive, DACH

Asana is a leading work management platform for human+AI collaboration, helping teams orchestrate work with AI agents. We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the DACH region, based in our Munich office.

• Lead with discovery to uncover hidden friction and misaligned priorities.
• Surface real pain and map stakeholder motivations from frontline to C-suite.
• Drive customer outcomes and expand account revenue within a portfolio of corporate customers.
• Engage executive and IT stakeholders for organisation-wide deployment.
• Design and execute quarterly territory strategy.
• Articulate Asana's Agentic Work Management platform value.
• Guide AI adoption and champion the shift to outcome-based work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.

• Consultative seller with proven ability to run structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Track record of building pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Deep discovery skills and experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• High emotional intelligence and outcome-oriented demeanor.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: €150,000 – €190,000, including base salary of €82,500 – €104,500 plus performance-based sales incentive pay. Additional components may include equity and benefits.
