About the Role
The Director of Developer Relations builds, engages, and grows a technical community around CoreWeave's SaaS offerings, including tools from Weights & Biases, OpenPipe, and Marimo. Reporting to the Head of Product and Content Marketing, Weights & Biases, this role acts as a bridge between developers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave's SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers.
- Act as a hands-on technical advocate, producing high-impact content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, reference architectures, blog posts, and code samples.
- Own and continuously improve the developer onboarding experience, identifying friction in documentation, APIs, SDKs, and workflows.
- Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, online forums, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Establish a strong feedback loop and measure impact, tracking metrics such as onboarding conversion, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills to report on success of developer programs.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists.
- Deep domain expertise in AI/ML platforms and tooling.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and activating developer communities.
- Exceptional technical storytelling skills.
- Experienced public-facing leader and industry voice.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000.
