Affirm's Learning team enables people to do their best work and keep getting better, building practical learning solutions for onboarding, skill growth, leadership development, and team strengthening.

• Lead the Learning team, developing strategy and executing design and delivery of solutions to elevate individual, team, and leadership capabilities.
• Work with People team members and business stakeholders to ensure strategy and programs are defined, understood, and adopted.
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to drive future programming.
• Create communications and engagement plans to support change management.
• Define and measure success metrics to demonstrate value of Learning programs.

• 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, team leadership, design thinking, and measurable results.
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive L&D strategy for a global workforce of 2500+ employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation in learning modalities including micro-learning, virtual learning, user journeys, and learning measurement.
• Experience managing learning tech platforms and partnering with People Tech teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

CAN base pay range per year: $199,000 - $279,000. Total compensation may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents, and equity rewards.
