Enablement Delivery Specialist

The Enablement Delivery Specialist is an execution-focused role in the GTM Enablement organization, reporting to the Manager of Delivery. The role orchestrates end-to-end training experiences, acting as 'Producer' and 'Emcee' for in-person and virtual events. Based in Chicago, USA, with a hybrid working model.

• Own the full logistical lifecycle for in-person training events, including venue selection, room configuration, catering, and on-site technology.
• Ensure accuracy in scheduling, invitations, reminders, and learner communications; execute tasks on time using project management tools.
• Partner with Workplace and TRO teams; maintain accurate program data (attendance, surveys).
• Serve as event Producer and Emcee; operate delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS, virtual classroom tools) with full proficiency.
• Manage live interactions (polls, Q&A, breakouts); support facilitators and SMEs.
• Gather structured feedback, synthesize insights, and identify content improvement opportunities; document processes in the team knowledge base.

• Minimum 2 years of event management experience, ideally in a corporate or high-growth technology environment.
• Ideally 1 year in training management or enablement delivery; foundational knowledge of adult learning principles a plus.
• Full proficiency in delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS) and project management tools; Mac and Google Suite experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; immaculate attention to detail.

Base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $50,000—$99,000 USD.
