Lyft Business Strategy Manager

Lyft is a transportation company that connects people to rides. The Lyft Business team partners with organizations to provide transportation solutions for business travel, employee commutes, and courtesy rides.

We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager to accelerate growth of Lyft Business in new and existing markets. This role is analytical and strategic, working collaboratively across the organization.

• Identify new use cases and market segments for B2B transportation solutions.
• Develop business cases including market sizing, competitive analysis, financial forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Source and develop B2B partnerships end-to-end.
• Analyze business metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with product, marketing, and analytics to drive alignment.
• Create executive-level deliverables.

• BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in business strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Partnership or business development experience a plus.

Base pay range for New York City area: $118,000 - $147,500, not inclusive of equity, bonus, or benefits.
