Enterprise Account Executive - Federal

Databricks is seeking a passionate and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our Public Sector Sales team, reporting directly to the Federal Sales Director. This pioneering role focuses on helping government partners harness the full power of the Databricks platform, driving digital transformation across the Federal Sector. You will shape Databricks' presence across the country, close net new accounts, and maintain existing accounts.

• Drive consumption by helping customers derive value from the platform and increasing usage.
• Lead initiatives that make measurable impact, from accelerating innovation to supporting sustainability and economic development.
• Identify, structure, and close strategic opportunities aligned with Australia's digital priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence at the highest levels.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing transformative deals and driving platform adoption.
• Collaborate with solution architects, customer success, and global teams to deliver solutions.

• Proven experience in enterprise or Public Sector/Federal sales, ideally in Cloud, Data, or SaaS.
• Strategic and structured approach with strong execution and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, creativity, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of Spark and Big Data is highly desirable.
