As an Enterprise Client Sales Executive, you’ll own a portfolio of high-value accounts within Brex’s Enterprise segment, driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion through disciplined execution and consultative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by increasing card adoption and expanding use of Brex’s Spend Management suite (Expense Management, Bill Pay, Travel, global payments).
- Lead renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end, from account strategy through negotiation and close.
- Build executive-level relationships and multi-thread across finance, procurement, and operations stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product.
- Maintain rigorous sales discipline with pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and account planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts with complex deal cycles and executive engagement.
- Consistent record of exceeding quota and delivering top performance.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, rewards, or credit risk management.
- Experience selling financial operations platforms (expense, travel, AP, or global payments).
Compensation: The expected OTE range is $253,120 - $316,400, including base salary and commissions. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
Work location: Hybrid in San Francisco, requiring three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
