Enterprise Intelligence Specialist

Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team is responsible for protecting our people, facilities, and operations worldwide. We are seeking an Enterprise Intelligence Specialist to join GSIS’s Enterprise Intelligence team as a hands-on investigator and analyst. You will investigate specific threats, actors, and events, produce finished assessments, and help keep Anthropic’s employees ahead of a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

• Serve as an investigator and analyst on the Enterprise Intelligence team, conducting investigations and behavior-based threat assessments.
• Identify, assess, track, and investigate global threats including geopolitical instability, terrorism, crime, activism, nation-state targeting of the AI sector, and emerging security trends.
• Produce timely threat intelligence products such as risk assessments, threat briefs, travel risk guidance, and executive summaries.
• Provide investigative support to crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity efforts.
• Brief security leadership and cross-functional partners with clear, concise, and decision-oriented intelligence.
• Work with external intelligence providers, industry peers, law enforcement, and government partners.

• 7+ years of professional experience in intelligence, security risk analysis, threat assessment, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience investigating threats and producing finished all-source intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, political science, intelligence, psychology, criminology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex threat information into clear, actionable guidance.
• Proven ability to brief senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including periodic after-hours availability during crises.

Annual Salary: £110,000—£140,000 GBP
