Field Marketing Manager

Field Marketing Manager on the Revenue Marketing team, reporting to the AMER Field Marketing Lead. Partner with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategy with sales goals through digital campaigns, experiential events, executive roundtables, and ABM.

• Develop and own the field marketing program for North America across owned and sponsored events.
• Partner with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre- and post-show strategies to maximize pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with internal partners on Asana-hosted events across ABM, Brand, Community, and Customer Advocacy.
• Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional field marketing.
• Own tracking and reporting of program results, monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and ROI.

• 4+ years of field marketing experience, ideally for enterprise B2B/SaaS audiences.
• Deep event planning and management knowledge with a track record of executing multifaceted events.
• Strong relationship-builder with ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales leadership.
• Operationally minded self-starter with high autonomy and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) and comfort using data.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Base salary range: $133,000 - $151,000. Additional components may include equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
