Role Overview
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join the Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will correlate goals to KPIs, ensure tracking is set up to report and analyze, set up automated Tableau dashboards, run experimentation and A/B tests, and provide collaborative insights to internal stakeholders. You will focus on the product-led growth funnel and sales assist funnel in a SaaS environment, working with web and growth teams on KPI mapping, testing and personalization strategies, web analytics tracking, CDP tracking, and performance reporting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take analytics ownership of front-end tracking and reporting, working with web developers to ensure proper tracking and resolve gaps.
- Provide stakeholders with dashboards and reports on website engagement and performance, identifying insights and opportunities.
- Analyze dashboards, provide insights and recommendations, and assess impact.
- Conduct ad-hoc investigations and provide data-based insights to digital and web marketers.
- Own implementation and reporting of A/B testing and experimentation, with a firm grasp of statistical hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate with the analytics team, support knowledge sharing, QA code and analyses, and document best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years working with digital marketing and web analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics 4, segment.io, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Display Network).
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- 2+ years experience with testing and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference).
- 2+ years experience using Salesforce CRM data.
- 2+ years experience creating reports in a BI tool like Tableau.
- Comfortable managing projects and working autonomously.
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise SaaS experience.
- Experience with Git / version control.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse.
- Experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Segment.io.
- Multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling experience.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is 114,000 - 191,400 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Work Location
This role is expected to come into the San Francisco office 2 days per week. PagerDuty operates a hybrid work model with offices in 8 major cities. Candidates must reside in an eligible location; restrictions apply in certain states/provinces.
