The Group Product Manager for Code Security will provide product and strategy leadership to grow Datadog’s market share through differentiation, innovation, and compelling customer value. This leader will lead a team of product managers and work with engineers to build and grow multiple Code Security products.

What You’ll Do

  • Run and grow multiple Code Security products to meet revenue and business targets, aiming for a multi-hundred million dollar annual business.
  • Lead and own product strategy and roadmap for accountable security products, aligned to revenue and business goals.
  • Ensure predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams.
  • Analyze and develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Drive GTM strategy with partner teams.
  • Represent product lines with analysts, press, and customers.
  • Manage and grow individual contributor Product Managers.
  • Model a culture of learning and collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Experienced leader in Product Management with success in CNAPP, data, and AI security markets.
  • Seasoned team leader with experience managing product management teams.
  • Passionate about GTM with success in developing GTM programs.
  • Excellent at cross-functional alignment.
  • Highly skilled in pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Customer-centric and a convincing champion of customer needs.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge to discuss technical concepts.
  • Compelling presenter with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly data-driven with advanced analytical aptitude.
