GTM Contract Recruiter

We’re looking for a talented Recruiter to partner closely with our growing GTM teams to build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates. • Manage full-cycle recruiting: create and implement strategies to build diverse pipelines across Samsara’s corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media; find and engage passive candidates; manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods while creating a positive candidate experience.
• Be a talent advisor: partner with hiring leaders, organize and facilitate interview debriefs, drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation, and identify closing strategies.
• Influence with data: independently address and unblock data analysis challenges, extract and synthesize insights, and identify headwinds and tailwinds with a search.
• Communicate effectively: tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations.
• Manage stakeholders: be a trusted partner, identify friction points, set expectations, and drive initiatives.
• Be a diversity advocate: develop sourcing strategies and marketing programs to build diverse pipelines, advise on structured interview processes, and coach leaders in inclusive interviewing.
• Process excellence: track pipeline data, provide updates to hiring managers, and maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse and other recruiting tools.
• Be a cultural champion: champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Proven strategic sourcing skills
• Team player with an eye for talent
• Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism
• Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable
• Previous tech experience preferred
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
