About the job

Asana is seeking a strategic Business Process Manager to architect the agentic transformation of our GTM tech stack. This role sits within GTM Operations, Strategy & Field Readiness and will own the end-user CPQ experience, drive agentic quoting capability, and solve complex system dependencies across the broader GTM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, RevStrat, ET, Deal Desk, and Finance to design scalable, AI-ready workflows.
  • Own strategy, requirements, and adoption of the CPQ platform and agentic quoting capabilities.
  • Manage enhancements across the Salesforce Opportunity object and broader GTM stack.
  • Execute end-to-end UAT, authoring test scenarios and establishing a reusable framework.
  • Resolve handoff failures across system integration points.
  • Deliver transparent communication on project timelines and release roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and the Sales Cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience designing complex CPQ platforms in production.
  • Strong systems-thinking and ability to map data flows.
  • Full lifecycle understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations.
  • Comprehensive UAT execution background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Base salary range: $185,000 - $210,000, plus equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
