Head of Global Talent Acquisition

Cresta is an AI platform for customer experience, used by leading companies like United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott. Born from Stanford AI Lab, Cresta has raised over $270M from top investors. We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Global Talent Acquisition to build and scale our global hiring engine.

• Lead global Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with People, Finance, and business leadership.
• Partner with executives to shape hiring strategy, capacity modeling, and workforce planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing internal TA team, defining mix of in-house and external partners.
• Reinforce a high-trust, high-accountability recruiting culture.
• Support senior and executive recruiting efforts.
• Design and refine TA metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and scale.
• Improve end-to-end candidate experience.
• Champion equitable and inclusive candidate experience.
• Drive proactive sourcing and employer brand programs.
• Refine campus and early career strategy.
• Lead TA technology ecosystem including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Juicebox, CoderPad.

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership in high-growth tech.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations globally.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in recruiting operations, metrics, and TA technology.
• Experience leading executive-level and critical senior hires.
• Success in building employer brands and early-career programs.
• Builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.

OTE Range: $220,000 - $300,000 + Equity.
